Job Title: Project Manager
Introduction
Omnigo an Electronics Manufacturer situated in Pretoria is looking for a dynamic Engineer to join the company in a project management role. The company is growing and expanding its operations and needs to grow the project management function to ensure it can maintain service levels.
Duties & Responsibilities
Purpose: To liaise with clients allocated to him/her, manage orders from start to finish coordinate with production facilities, and providing feedback to clients. To ensure on-time delivery within the allocated budget.

KEY ACTIVITIES/DUTIES/TASKS:
The specific tasks, activities or practices which make up each Key Performance Area of responsibility.
MEASURES OF EFFECTIVENESS/SUCCESS:
The standard or performance indicators that reflect a well-executed task.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Carry out client order requirements
- Provide clients with order status updates (Status reports)
- Assist clients with any queries and manufacturing requirements they might have
- Customer Survey
- Repeat orders from satisfied customers
- Orders on-time delivery
- Scheduling of client orders to meet client order requirements.
- Provide factory with client order requirements with SO (Sales Order) (NOI – New Order Information)
- Coordinate with Production facilities, as well as the clients to ensure orders are executed on time and according to contract/order requirements.
- Monitor orders through all phases keeping the project on track for on-time delivery.
- Actual deliveries vs forecast deliveries
- Monthly prediction report targets
- Effective management of Orders
- Liaise with clients.
- Manage project cash flow as per quote and order, making sure any extra costs are reallocated back to the client.
- Coordinate the management of order documentation.
- Scheduling of client orders to meet client requirements.
- To be familiar with all aspects of the contract/customer order and product, taking ownership thereof.
- Coordinate with production facilities, as well as the clients to ensure orders are executed on time and according to a contract executed on time and according to contract.
- Be familiar with and adhere to Omnigo processes and policies.
- Be responsible for the full execution of orders/contracts.
- Keep the manager informed of order status that deviates or are running late.
- Completion of order (closing orders)
- On-time delivery of orders
- Monthly prediction report targets.
- Coordinate with production facilities, as well as the clients to ensure orders are executed on time and according to a contract executed on time and according to contract.
- Be familiar with and adhere to Omnigo processes and policies.
- Be responsible for the full execution of orders/contracts.
- Keep the manager informed of order status that deviates or are running late.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Qualification:
B Eng. (Any discipline but preference to be given to B Eng Electronics candidates)
Recent graduates are welcome.
Desired experience:
0-5 years experience.
Newly graduated applicants are welcome.
