Job Title: Mid-Level to Senior Web Developer (Remote)
Introduction
Leader in the event, conference, and exhibition space and specialize in the custom development of systems and platforms to service exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Objectives & Responsibilities:
Development and Testing of Conference, Events, and Exhibitions Websites and Systems.
Development and enhancement of event and exhibition products using Asp.Net, JavaScript & SQL. Website Technical Support. SQL query reporting. Reporting directly to Software Development Director.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Desired Qualities & Qualifications:
1. Minimum Experience Required
Exposure and training in the following technologies: ASP.Net (VB.net/C#) Microsoft Visual Studio Microsoft SQL Server HTML, HTML 5 CSS, CSS 3 JavaScript JQuery Rest API development
2. Exposure to the following technologies or principals will be beneficial Bootstrap DevExpress Handlebars Moment.js Less.js Database Optimization
Minimum Qualifications Required
Tertiary Degree or equivalent National Diploma 2-4 years working experience
4. Maximum Qualification Three-year University Graduate + Honors
5. Candidate requirements Able to take initiative, Self-Motivated, Self-Starter Able to work as part of a team Able to deal directly with clients Technically Proficient Hardworking Ability to work under pressure (the nature of the events industry is short notice high pressure) Able to work from home
Package & Remuneration
R25 000 – R40 000 per month depending on experience. A practical test will be required for short-listed candidates.
