Job Title: Regional Sales Manager OEM
Introduction
A new up and coming OEM requires a Sales Manager. In this position as a sales manager the individual must have a good general knowledge of the Automotive Sector. A creative thinker with a drive to make a career out of management in the Automotive industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Taking direct responsibility for the offering and its sales and support
- Reporting & Analysis
- Liaison & co-ordination with Marketing department to ensure promotional activities aligned with sales growth.
- Be prepared to share good and bad news as required.
- Create new business relations.
- Taking care of current business relations.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 25 – 35 Year of age.
- Vehicle Sales Experience a Must – 5 Years Minimum
- The knowledge and ability to build a great finance deal for the customer with tools provided.
- Matric
- Driver’s license
- Professional Communication (Spoken and written)
- Efficient Planning & Organising.
- Show initiative, think on your feet, and problem-solving.
- Strong ability to work independently.
- Effective Time Management.
- General Understanding of Finance and Financials.
- General Understanding of Fleet and Retail customers.
- Good Administration Skills.
- Self-Disciplined.
- Drive for Alternative energies and understanding thereof.
- Working under pressure to achieve deliverables
