We are recruiting to fill the following position below:
Job Title: Finance and Sales Administrator
My client, an established concern dealing with international companies, has a vacancy for a Sales and Finance Administrator to provide a full sales and finance function for the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Evolution
- IT knowledge and capability: Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of procurement and stock movement
- Able to work in a team environment
- Strong admin skills and the ability to follow up on progress on customer orders and to communicate status to the Directors and Customers
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Complete customer quotations
- A good understanding and ability to calculate the costs of installation and transport
- Manage proforma invoices
- Publish inventory report and ensure numbers are correct – count high-value items weekly if required
- Administer sales forecast
- Prepare and publish weekly quotes and orders recon/management report
- Age analysis for debtors, stock recons and journals, sales analysis, procurement requisitions, managing purchase orders as needed, request statements from suppliers, and reconciling statements to invoices
- Assist Finance department with month-end close off
- Lead periodic stock take counting in partnership with the Stock controller.
