Job Title: Outbound Call Centre Manager
Introduction
Groups Are Us (Pty) Ltd is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly
energized, full-time call center manager to manage our call center in all
aspects
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working closely with the team, motivating and coaching them
- Foster a high-performance sales culture within the call center by ensuring that daily, weekly,
and monthly sales are met and exceeded
- Setting Targets and Monitoring of said Targets
- Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management
- Use company methodology, team input, and own initiative to ensure attendance and
retention targets are achieved
- Identify training needs to ensure high performance in the call center
- Manage resource capacity and recruit as per the requirement with the assistance of HR
- Lead Tracking
- Commission design, proposals and reporting to Senior Leadership
- Commission tracking and payments
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric with RE05 Rep Exams as Min (Will be contracted to do RE01)
- Relevant 3-year degree or FAIS-recognized qualification (not essential but beneficial)
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a call center environment dealing with sales,
preferably in the financial services industry
- A certificate in Call Centre Management would be advantageous
- Must be willing to also do RE01 for growth potential as KI (Key Individual)
- Must stay in PE Area (relocation cost will not be paid for)
