Job Title: Attorney
We are looking for a qualified attorney for our Johannesburg branch in Sandton.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with litigation on defendant files.
- Assist with appeals.
- Assist with affidavits.
- Second in command – assist paralegals and other staff when needed.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- LLB Degree
- 2 – 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Knowledge of banking law.
- Knowledge of defendant process.
- Experience in debt collecting.
