Job Title: Azure DevOps Engineer – Up to R1000 Per Hour – 12MTH CONTRACT – Work for LEADING FINANCIAL SERVICES INSTITUTION – Remote
Introduction
This is an amazing remote opportunity for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to work for South Africa’s leading financial services institution in a 12-month rolling CONTRACT capacity.
This 12-month contract is paying up to R1000 per hour.
There is a very high chance of contract renewal.

Working in a truly AGILE environment, you will join a highly skilled team that has recently embarked on a 3-year major transformation programme. Working remotely, the programme kicks off with an initial 2-year build phase concluding with a 1-year product migration phase.
THE ROLE
As Azure DevOps Engineer, you will lead cross-functional teams designing & implementing secure development processes, and version control strategies, integrating source control, managing build infrastructure & code flow, and managing application configurations.
Additionally, your focus will be on implementing new CICD pipelines & procedures, including containerization & release management workflow.
REQUIRED SKILLS
5+ Years experience as a DevOps Engineer
Financial services industry experience
Azure/AWS experience
Containerization experience
DevSecOps specialization
