The sales manager is meant to act as a mentor and guide for the sales staff put in their charge.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will use your excellent influencing skills and provided training to drive and motivate your teams.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Be self-disciplined, with excellent time management skills and flexible, in order to achieve results
2. Practice empathy and guidance to sales executives after walking a mile in their shoes
3. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base
4. Be a motivational team-leader focused on managing and supporting your teams to achieve potential
5. Reporting to senior management

You will need:
