Introduction
Are you a Senior IEB High School Teacher looking for an opportunity for growth? Torah Academy is looking for a Head of Academics for our General Studies Department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for setting and advancing the academic strategy of the General Studies Department in line with the school’s strategic plans and direction
- Staff professional development
- Develop the necessary syllabuses and liaise with the examining boards and examiners as required
- Keep abreast of developments in teaching techniques and the impact of new technologies
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Have an Educational Qualification
- Have at least 10 years experience as a Head of Department
- Be organised, efficient, and passionate about the advancement of education.
