Job Title: Site Manager
Job Summary
To manage all maintenance activities relating to HVAC (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning)
Duties & Responsibilities
• Planning, organizing, and control of all HVAC activities.
• Overall management of activities including project execution, engineering and contracting, facilities, and service divisions.
• Ensuring the availability of adequate resources to meet operational commitments.
• Budgeting and financial control.
• Prepare Quotations
• Client liaison.
• Reporting to the Maintenance & Services activities.
• Ensuring system and procedure compliance.
• Compiling building reports and inspections.
• Coordination of management and administrative meetings.
• Allocation and delegation of duties.
• Health safety and environmental compliance.
• Understanding and interpretation of contractual requirements.
• Management of administrative processes.
• Knowledge of Trane chillers, central plant, and Siemens BMS.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Trade Test qualification in HVAC with management experience equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years experience in maintenance and installation work or in a similar role.
