Job Title: Digital Marketer
Introduction
Digital Marketer position available at Head Office.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Manage all our listings on Google Business
- Community Management: Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments
- Manage social media partnerships with other brands
- Create and post shareable videos and images
- Create content calendars for each brand
- Paid media/boosting of posts and ensuring the correct audiences are reached
- Ensure that the likes of each platform keep growing
- Interact with the audiences and franchisees and build relationships with them
- Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Gather and analyze the data results from campaigns
- Work with the design team to create artwork for the brands, as well as own graphic design where needed (Canva or Adobe)
- Note what content is performing best so the Ops Team and I can use those analytics to grow the site’s audience
- Ensure all Social campaigns are in line with the Marketing Strategy and Marketing Goals & Targets
- Liaise with Franchisees, Store Managers, and Head Office to stay updated with price changes, new developments, and restaurant turnovers
- Create and implement content plans and strategies
- Ensure the success of all Social Media endeavors
- Escalate every complaint on Social Media to Head Office and ensure that every complaint gets sorted as fast as possible
- Follow up on complaints on Social Media to ensure positive reputations of all the brands/restaurants
- Arrange & plan events (live performances etc.) at the restaurants
- Ensure all events are created & posted on our social platforms and ensure that the store managers are aware of all these events
- Create, run & manage Google advertising (ads)
- Work with Social Places to ensure all of their services are being used
- Use the Social Places platform to respond to complaints and compliments on our Google Business accounts
- Monitor and update each brand’s websites
- Monitor our SMS keyword platform
Desired Experience & Qualifications
Experience: Five + years
Education: Degree in Communications/Marketing or related field
Package & Remuneration
R20 000 – R25 000
Pension fund.
