South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd or SANRAL invites South African unemployed graduates to apply for ICT Technician Internship Programme 2023.
The purpose of the position is to provide assistance on-site or end-user support – excellent response time, provisioning of quality support and problem resolution agreed with the customer in line with the SANRAL ICT support standards and requirements. This position will require you to assist other members of ICT in their daily operations, as well as learn to perform their duties to even the workload.
Education
- A Grade 12 Senior Certificate
- NQF Level 6/7 IT Diploma/Degree or Equivalent
Exposure
- Enhance Information Security: IT Asset management
- Enhance Information Security: User Access Control and Application Compliance
- Ensure end-user satisfaction: ICT Systems Administration
