Job Title: TeleSales Consultant/Short-term Insure Specialist
Introduction
A Well-established and reputable broker in the Short-Term Insurance space based in Randpark Ridge is seeking a well-spoken and enthusiastic TeleSales Consultant/Short-term Insure Specialist to market and sell short-term insurance products. This role will only require you to work with warm leads. MUST HAVE RE5 and either 32 credits in Short Term and/or NQF4.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Contact clients and write clients up
- Maintain Leads Tracker daily e.g. Calls made, Premium sold
- Ensure that all needs of the clients are met.
- Achieve a monthly target
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Matric
- 3+ year experience selling Short Term Insurance within an Outbound Telesales call centre environment
- MUST HAVE RE5 and either 32 credits in Short Term and/or NQF4
- Strong selling ability is required including negotiation skills, objection handling and closing techniques
- Business writing skills
Package & Remuneration
R13 000 – R15 000 Basic + Commission (depending on qual and exp)
