Job Title: Project Manager (JHB)
Introduction
Planning, implementing, and management of the Regional Installation Team Leaders and
Installation Assistants. To manage risks and issues to ensure each project is completed
successfully. Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed. The candidate must show
experience in the below duties.
Duties & Responsibilities
Planning
Project planning, which includes but is not limited to:
• Time
• Costs – travel/hours
• Resources
• Risk management
• Issue management
• Quality control
(The company uses both internal teams and 3rd parties)
Project Management
Closely manage the following aspects of a project (these are not limited to this list and
may vary):
• Team/Resource management
• Time management
• Vehicle management
• Cost management
• Client management
Reporting
The team runs all projects according to the below reports. The candidate needs to be
very proficient in the following:
• Project tacking – time/costs
• Team KPIs
• Contractor costs and sign-offs
• Installation sign-offs
Leadership
The ideal candidate will have experience in motivating and leading a team with specific
reference to:
• Staff motivation
• Team cohesion
• Dispute resolution
• The ability to overcome challenges
• Team discipline
Skills & Attributes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality of work
• The ability to perform duties unsupervised
• Effective team management skills
• Personal organization skills
• Good time management skills
• Able to use initiative
• IT and installation knowledge and experience
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- 4 years experience in Project Management
- Driver’s License
Package & Remuneration
- Market-Related.
