Mazars invites unemployed youth to apply for YES Learnership Programme 2022 / 2023.
We are looking for an individual to assist the team members or partners with all administrative aspects of the business from client engagement to the final presentation of their reports.
The following Yes Learnership Opportunities are open for applications:
YES Learnership – Tax
- Grade12 / Matric with a university exemption
- Advantageous: A tax or other relevant qualification would be advantageous
YES Learnership – Accounting
- Recognized Accounting qualification (Degree / National Diploma)
YES Learnership – Audit
- Secondary education studies include Accounting (preference)
- Tertiary education studies include Accounting (required) and basic auditing (preference)
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality orientation
- Must possess excellent planning and organizing skills
- Must be proactive and possess good problem-solving skills
- Must be able to follow instructions and procedures
- Prioritization of daily tasks and requests, and management of daily workload to ensure that all tasks are completed for the day
- Resilience to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication
- Must be able to multi-task
