Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Introduction
Our fast growing Centurion based office is looking for a team player with good communication skills to join our team as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Measurement and certification
- Contractual conditions, legal compliance, and administration
- Estimation / Feasibility Studies
- Project Management tasks
- Project Procurement Tasks
- Prepare Bills of Quantity
- Prepare Payment Certificates
- Project Program Management
- Minutes of Meetings
- Project Administration Tasks
Desired Experience & Qualification
The ideal candidate must have retail center experience, be able to work independantly, with good problem-solving and planning abilities. Required qualification BSc QS (Hons) with a minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience.
Package & Remuneration
Salary: R35,000.00 – R40,000.00 per month.
