Job Title: Hire Desk Representative
Introduction
We are a leading Access rental company, and we are currently seeking a Hire Desk Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls and assist customers in selecting the right Mobile Elevated Work Platform for their needs.
- Provide quotations and process orders for rental equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and pickups of equipment
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure equipment availability and readiness.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of the rental equipment and customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for new business.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Prior experience in a similar role within the rental industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside close to the office (Roodepoort).
Package & Remuneration
Between R9000 – R15000.
