Job Title: Financial Controller – Hotel Group
Introduction
A Financial Controller is required for our Durban branch. We require someone who is from a Hospitality environment. Has Xero software experience. Please note that the salary for this position isR8000 – RM10 000 per month. Please do not apply if your salary expectation is more.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manages the procurement process and issuing of stock. Manages the administration within stores and ensures all procedures are adhered to.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compiling and implementing all stock and store control procedures for food, beverage, household materials, and stationery.
- Managing the administration process through to month-end finalization.
- Ensure that all Administration staff adheres to the procedures and meet the deadlines as determined by the Administration Department.
- Ensuring that stock volumes are controlled and within the stock holding days as prescribed by Management.
- Ensuring that all orders are approved before the stock is ordered.
- Ensuring that there is uniformity across all inventory areas and inventory codes
- Compile monthly stock count rosters and management of stock counts.

MINIMUM / PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Financial Controller position
- Must have GAAP experience
- Must have XERO experience
- Debtors and Creditors Experience.
QUALIFICATION
- Diploma/Degree Accounting/food and beverage ( Must be completed)

R8000 – R10000
