Job Title: Bookkeeper
Introduction

Key Performance Areas
- Meeting all Daily, Weekly & Month end Deadlines
- ERP & Financial system process & reconciliations
- Internal process Management & Resolving of queries.
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Income statement reconciliations
- Full Creditors Function
- Payments, cashbook, and Cashflow
- Reporting
- Highlighting anomalies and driving escalation process with Management.
- System housekeeping
- Filing
- General admin duties
Applicants must be self-driven & be able to function in a high-pressure environment.
Requirements
- Relevant business qualification
- 7+ years’ experience in a similar position
- Sound technical knowledge of the Bookkeeper’s function
- Well-spoken with the ability to communicate well at all levels.
- Good analytical and organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to function well under pressure.
- An aptitude for figures.
- Ability to manage time productively.
- Computer literate.
- Attention to detail & procedures is essential
- Good conflict resolution skills to resolve queries
- Ability to function cooperatively and supportively within a team.
