Job Title: Solar Support Technician
Introduction
Are you passionate about going GREEN, maintaining, and installing Solar PV systems? Are you keen to join a fast-paced, fast-growing Renewable Energy organization?

Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervision of installation and maintenance of new and existing solar panels and systems;
- Troubleshooting and optimizing solar systems;
- Providing customer service to solar system owners;
- Keeping up to date on the latest solar panel and system technologies
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work independently while providing support to other members of the team;
- Good computer skills and is adept with Outlook and Excel, and able to report/log faults on software provided;
- A minimum of 2 years of solar experience and a very good understanding of Victron and Sunsynk inverters;
- Has electrical experience with a good understanding of single/three phase DBs
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
Package & Remuneration
Salary market-related and negotiable.

The successful candidate will be one who can assist various teams with technical aspects of electrical and mechanical installation; provide technical support for additions to existing systems and provide assistance in troubleshooting existing systems.
The role has room for growth in the commercial team.
