Job Title: Bids Coordinator
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Bids Coordinator will report to the BIDS Manager. The primary responsibility of the Bids Coordinator is to ensure the daily responsibilities of the BIDS Department are maintained at the highest level and ensure adherence to prescribed BIDS/Tender policies and procedures
Duties & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bid / Proposal Process
- As per Bids Procedure
- Timeous submission of compliant tenders
- Meeting of Deadlines for tendering processes
- Meeting requirements of tender specifications
- Administration
- Provide administration support to the Bids Team
- Maintain relevant and up-to-date company documents
- Update group sales tracking platform (Pipedrive)
- Ad-hoc Duties
- Manage specific ad-hoc projects as allocated
Desired Experience & Qualification
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric Certified
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Bid / Proposal Management
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Tenders /Bids in the Security and Property Care industry would be an added advantage
• Strong PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite with MS Word / Excel)
• Strong time management / prioritization skills
• Strong Written English language skills
• Driver’s license would be an advantage
