Job Title: Lead Application Developer (Full Stack Microsoft . Net)
Introduction
We are looking for a Lead Application Developer (Full Stack Microsoft .Net) to work for a contract role based in Cape Town.
The role of the Lead Application Developer (Full Stack Microsoft .Net) includes (but is not limited to) the following duties:
- Managing diverse technical teams that are responsible for translating user requirements into the design and development of customized applications in an agile environment.
- Providing guidance and oversight to development teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science and/or Software Engineering and/or Information Systems and/or Information Technology and/or related technical certification in an IT field.
- Minimum of 10 years experience as an application developer working with:
- ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC 5 & C#
- JavaScript & Jquery
- HTML and CSS
- Microsoft SQL Server and stored procedures
- Blazor
- Angular
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing a development team, providing guidance and oversight to development teams.
- Proficient in Source Code Management applications.
- Ability to lead and oversee a team of professionals.
- Strong presentation skills at the board level (CXO, CTO, etc.)
- Large-scale Microsoft and Oracle solutions delivery experience.
- Relative business development experience and skills.
- Experience and capability of leading IT technologies.
- The ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
Package & Remuneration
Market related salary.
