Alluvia, a well-established luxury boutique winery with spectacular views, nestled in the Banhoek valley is looking for a general manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring that guests receive a world-class memorable experience.
Alluvia offers luxury accommodation, conference facilities and a top-notch restaurant with exclusive meals and wine tasting produced from our very own vineyards. Our winery is the preferred venue of many local corporate companies as well as famous celebrities from abroad.
The GM will serve as a brand ambassador, providing leadership and strategic direction to staff, fostering a collaborative and harmonious workplace. This role is centred around guest and staff focus, with success measured by the development of a team that consistently enhances the guest experience as well as maximising profitability.
If you are creative and driven with strong decision-making & leadership skills, and a can-do attitude this position might be for you.

Oversee all operational functions including:
- F&B including restaurant
- Accommodation
- Conference venue
- Spa
- Wine production
- Finance
- Stock
- Administrative processes
- Staff
