Job Title: Office & Marketing Assistant
Introduction
Corporate Real Estate Africa, a national commercial property brokerage, is on the lookout for an Office & Marketing Assistant to join their Johannesburg office (Bryanston).
Duties & Responsibilities
OFFICE:
- High energy
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Greet and seat clients at the office
- Answer and relay incoming calls
- Take messages and distribute them to the relevant people
- Data inputting into online website platforms
- Operating office equipment including printers, phones, etc.
- Organizing and effectively managing the office
- Maintain contact lists
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a corporate office
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
- Excellent Time management
- Very Organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Meticulous and deadline-driven
- Excellent Time and Attendance
MARKETING
- Basic Graphic Design knowledge and experience
- Experience with Canva (advantageous)
- Creating monthly email marketing campaigns/newsletters (Mailchimp/Zoho or similar experience advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of social platforms for marketing: Facebook, Instagram, Google & LinkedIn
- Willing to learn
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate
- Minimum 2 years in an office environment
- Basic Graphic Design
- Adept in MS Office and Google Workspace
Package & Remuneration
Salary R18 000 CTC
