Job Title: CNC Millwright Maintenance Technician
Introduction
Are you skilled in CNC machinery maintenance and troubleshooting? Are you passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and minimizing downtime? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a part of our dedicated team as a CNC Millwright Maintenance Technician.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or signs of wear and tear in CNC machinery.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize equipment downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Utilize precision measurement tools and diagnostic equipment to ensure accurate alignment and calibration of CNC machines.
- Order and replace defective parts and components, following proper inventory management procedures.
- Document maintenance activities, including repairs, adjustments, and parts replacements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- 5 – 10 Years of previous experience in a CNC machining environment.
- Proven experience as a CNC Millwright Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and its mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery malfunctions.
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools, such as micrometers and dial indicators.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
