Job Title: Sales Executive – Western Cape
Introduction
The Sales Executive serves as a member of first line management and is considered a senior professional within the organization. As such, the Sales Executive provides team supervision, guidance and plays an integral role in helping the company to achieve its sales and revenue goals by increasing revenue from existing customers and winning new customers in current and potential new markets.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the regional sales team members, providing supervision, guidance and training
- Manage all aspects of human resources and industrial relationships with the sales team
- Consistently deliver regional results by exceeding monthly targets across all KPIs
- Maintain, develop, strengthen and secure relationships with customers in both the private and public sectors
- Deliver appropriate presentations on training, products and services
- Able to work well under pressure and to maintain effectiveness during challenging and changing conditions
- Gather market, customer and competitor information
- General administration
- Must be fully computer literate in all MS packages
- Knowledge of the healthcare risk waste industry an added advantage
- Excellent communication and liaison skills at all levels (verbal and written)
- Customer service experience
- Proven track record in a sales related environment
- Added advantage: 2 years’ experience in HOD or management position

- Sales qualification is advantageous
