STUDENT INTERNSHIP POSITIONS IN VARIOUS DEPARTMENT

(VACANCY CIRCULAR 029/2022)

1. INTERNSHIP: BUS SCHEDULING

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12/NQF level 4 plus Diploma in Transport Management / Logistics; or studying towards (3rd-year studies) and or completed NQF level 6.
• No experience is required.
• Only City of Joburg residents will be considered.

2. NATIONAL TREASURY INTERNSHIP: VALUER

Minimum requirements:

• National Diploma/NQF level 6 in Real Estate: Property Valuation or a qualification recognized by the SA Council for the Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP).
• Valid registration with SACPVP as a Candidate Valuer/Professional Associated Valuer.
• Only City of Joburg residents will be considered.

3. NATIONAL TREASURY INTERNSHIP: PROCESS MONITORING

Minimum requirements:

• National Diploma/NQF level 6 in Law / Audit / Commerce/ Risk /Compliance or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the policy framework of government and the regulation and legislation that drive it.
• Maintain a strong professional and positive demeanor
• Only City of Joburg residents will be considered.

4. INTERNSHIP: DATA SCIENTIST

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12/NQF level 4 plus Degree in information technology Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, and Physics. Chemistry, or analytical or engineering field of study at NQF level 7.
• No experience is required.
• Only City of Joburg residents will be considered.

5. INTERNSHIP: JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12/NQF level 4 plus Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, and Physics. Chemistry, or analytical or engineering field of study at NQF level 7.
• Knowledge in Project management, product management as well as business requirements and preparation.
• No experience is required.
• Only City of Joburg residents will be considered.
