Job Title: Dispatch Coordinator
Introduction
Cem Brick Manufacturers is the largest cement brick manufacturer in Bloemfontein and is seeking to employ a dispatch controller.
This is a permanent position. Candidate must be energetic, trustworthy, reliable as well and able to give his/her full attention to detail.
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidates’ duties include but are not limited to:
- Invoicing of sales orders
- Creating of purchase orders
- Completing GRV`s
- Filing on a daily basis
- General dispatching work
- Checking of stock before vehicles exit the premises
- Monthly stock takes
- Candidate will be required to work over time
Experience & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Minimum 2-year experience as a Dispatch Controller or Similar work in a medium to large organization.
- Computer Literate in Pastel Evolution, Excel and MS Office.
- Good administration and communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Logistical background will be an advantage.
- Able to work as a team and flexible hours.
- Working days – Mondays to Fridays, either in Shift 1 Starting @ 06:00 till 16:00 or Shift 2
starting 12:00 till 22:00, Saturdays either in Shift 1- 08:00 till 12:00 or in Shift 2- 10:30 till 14:30,
off one Saturday per month. - Honest, reliable, and presentable at all times
Package & Remuneration
Salary between R8 – R14k per month TCTC, depending on experience. The company offers medical aid and
pension
