Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Introduction
We are looking for a vibrant, people-orientated, goal-driven, and computer-literate individual to join our customer service department.
Duties & Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to provide support to our Burgess Plumbing customers. Help our customers with inquiries, follow up logged calls, capture invoices, file, deal with customer complaints, and be flexible for standby duties:
• Deliver timeous communication to the customer
• Ensuring that you have a good understanding of the client’s requirements
• Grow customer service engagement with our customers
• Monitors trending customer issues to develop proactive measures
• Remains relevant on the latest technical and business knowledge in all assigned applications, as well as support processes and procedures
Desired Experience & Qualifications
• Ability to identify and adapt to the customer’s style of communication
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
• Matric is mandatory
Essential:
• Ability to adhere to a structured work schedule
• Able to handle difficult conversations without negatively impacting the customer
• Adhere to escalation protocols within customer support
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Requires strong problem solving
• Customer interaction must professional
• Written and verbal communication skills
Package & Remuneration
Market-related.
