Job Title: Support Centre Consultant: Irrigation
Introduction
Agrinet is a wholesale supplier and distributor of a wide range of products across 10 specialist categories that cater to hardware retail, specialist industrial, and irrigation markets in Africa. Our daily focus is the optimization of the value chain from the manufacturer to the retail outlet. Drives wholesale solutions with the Agrinet team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible to provide telephone support:
- Assist with all queries and ensure that the query is resolved.
- Take ownership of each call, manage each request correctly, and communicate in an efficient way to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Responsible for sales and quotations:
- Prepare and follow up daily on quotations to customers and representatives.
- Process orders in time for deliveries.
- Provide feedback to clients regarding the status of their orders, availability of stock, and prices on products and communicate any incorrect prices or detail on the orders to clients.
- Telephone marketing and participating in promotion days to promote products and generate new sales.
- Meet monthly sales target.
Responsible to provide customer service support:
- Making use of the (CRM) customer relationship management system to update customer information, create tasks where relevant, and ensure that tasks are handled and closed in time.
- Knowledge of Agrinet products to be a source of information by being updated with the latest product information.
- Attending weekly product training as presented by product specialists or suppliers.
- Email and phone clients regarding changes made to product items.
- Interact with export clients who may visit Agrinet from time to time and assist with their orders and requests.
Responsible for administrative tasks.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate.
- Candidates with SABI qualification in irrigation courses will be an advantage.
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Skills/Competencies:
- Great communication, both written and verbal, skills.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Great customer service.
