Job Title: Finance Assistant
Introduction
The purpose of the role is to provide core administrative support to the finance department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Capturing invoices, PO’s and quotes.
- Managing the journals.
- Assisting with financial queries.
- Ad hoc billing and supporting documentation.
- Capturing of incoming payments.
- Releasing of vendor payments.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Understanding of financial concepts and invoicing
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Financial Accounting or any relevant qualification
- Competent and Strong knowledge of Debit and Credit.
- 1 + years of relevant experience
- Comfortable with working with diverse individuals and working within a team
- Able to take initiative
