Job Title: Remote Recruiter – KZN

The main purpose of the role will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and value adding, start to end talent acquisition function for clients, but not limited to:-

Duties & Responsibilities

 

Specific Job Related Duties

  • Sourcing new business through cold calling and email campaigns
  • maintaining existing client base
  • calling on new clients and promoting the business
  • promote all the services on offer
  • Recruitment and selection of all candidates including reference checks, credit checks and criminal checks
  • Advertising for candidates via print media and various websites, i.e. Pnet, Executive Placements & Indeed, LinkedIn
  • Response handling and prompt response and feedback to all candidates to maintain personal brand
  • Headhunting through LinkedIn
  • Marketing of top candidates to client.
  • Coordinating client and candidate interviews.
  • Creating and updating a database of clients.
  • Maintain excellent service levels by sourcing top quality candidates.
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
  • Promoting the business when doing reference checking in order to gain new business
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising agreements between clients and candidates

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements

  • MUST have a complete home office set up with a landline and secure, reliable WiFi .
  • 3-5 years recruitment experience
  • interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
  • Experience in recruiting both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong sourcing skills including creating effective Boolean strings
  • Track record of effectively managing high volume continuous pipelines
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail while still managing multiple priorities
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
  • Self-motivated, data-driven and collaborative individual
  • Friendly, energetic and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment

Package & Remuneration

R12 000-R13 000 plus Commission
