Once the on-boarding process is completed your duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
2. Ensuring that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
3. Ensuring productivity, while also evaluating how well the business performed on various tasks within a specific time frame
4. Training and developing sales staff skill set
5. Setting targets and goals for individual sales consultants and your team as a whole
What you need to succeed in this role
1. Own reliable transport
2. Ability to perform both independently and as part of a team
3. Natural adoption to change and be teachable
4. Good communication skills
5. Completely understand both English and Afrikaans.
