Job Title: Security Tender Administrator
Introduction
We are a security company based in Midrand (Gauteng) that is looking for a security-focused tender administrator to start immediately.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily checking of various tender bulletins, websites of goverment entities, private clients, etc for suitable tender adverts
- Prepare, compile, and submit tenders
- Formatting of documents to a professional standard
- Provide support to all divisions throughout the tendering process
- Ensure that all briefings are attended and relevant information is fed back for inclusion in tenders
- Resolve all queries within the reasonable time-frame
Desired Experience & Qualification
- A minimum of 3 years of tender administration and compliance experience with a security company.
- Good understanding of tender procedures and processes in the security industry
- Minimum -Matric and a certificate or a diploma
- Excellent communication skills
- Hardworking, solutions driven, and an ability to communicate well in English and at least two other South African languages
Package & Remuneration
