Duties & Responsibilities
Our awesome client based in the East Rand of Johannesburg is looking to employ an Operations Manager to join their innovative team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, insurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, including managing teams and overseeing multiple departments.
- Experience in the insurance industry is ideal, but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of client-centric operations, including retention, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of professionals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent reporting skills, with the ability to gather information and succinctly present findings.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
