- PC Management
- Local Area Network Administration
- Network Access and Security Administration
- Documentation
- Communication of Information
- Comply with the requirements of the quality management system

Desired Experience & Qualifications
Experience
- 7 Years or more experience in the IT field. Freight experience an advantage
- Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications preferred
Qualification
- Matric
- 3-Year Information Technology-related qualification at NQF level 5
Competencies
- Willing to learn
- Customer service orientation – Able to handle a demanding customer environment.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Dynamic self-starter
- Attention to detail and handle pressure.
- Adaptable as this is a constantly changing environment.
