Duties & Responsibilities
As a graduate management consultant at Redflank you will have an opportunity to build core management consulting and project-oriented skills. These will include the ability to produce project deliverables, conduct research, participate in and lead workshops, liaise with clients and other project stakeholders, draft reports, etc. You will typically work as part of a young, vibrant project team in a flexible, dynamic environment. Strong analytical abilities, interpersonal skills, passion and dedication will be required to succeed.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Completed Degree: BSc, B.Com, BA, B.Eng
Exceptional Academic Results (As and Bs in Matric/University)
Good analytical, problem solving and people skills
Team leadership experience beneficial
Package & Remuneration
R302 000 – R340 000 Cost to Company per annum. As a permanent employee you will be able to access overtime, provident fund, medical aid, and life disability.
