In South Africa (SA), you will find our products across the region at breakfast, lunch, or dinner. At the gym or on the field. In the office or on the go. We refresh, restore, and rejuvenate our consumers all day, every day with our key brands including Simba, Lay’s, Liqui Fruit and Bokomo range of cereals. PepsiCo SA employs more than 13, 000 people across our three business divisions: Bakeries, Grains, Foods, Fruit, Snacks, Juice & Beverages.
What we are looking for:
- Monitor machine efficiency.
- Assist Miller with maintenance plant sifters, filters and conveyers.
- Perform all other duties assigned by Production Manager
- Prepare moisture, quality reports and control sheets when required.
- Proactive prevention of chokes and down time
- Operate a Mill Scada
- Relieve other Millers when necessary.
- Maintain food safety (HACCAP) and hygiene standards.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
What will qualify you for the role
- Minimum: NQF 4 or Grade 12 or similar relevant qualification [Recognition of Prior Learning [RPL] will be applied based on SETA accreditations
- Trade Test certificate for Milling
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience
