Job Title: Installation Technician
Introduction
Nukor Group, a well-established Johannesburg-based company, in operation for over 60 years and well-known in the Southern African Sawmilling and Woodworking industry, is in the market for a dynamic Installation Technician.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Report to the Service Manager
- Ability to travel both locally and internationally
- Strong understanding of maintenance
- Installations
- Fault finding
- Troubleshooting
- Assist production with assembling
- Networking Basic Knowledge
- Strong communicator dealing with respective management and customers
- Ability to identify additional products in line with customers’ needs
- Good communicator both written and verbal.
- Will be required to be vaccinated in line with travel requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Trade Tested Electrician or Millwright
- Wireman’s license will be advantageous
- Valid driver’s license
- Required to do field service
- Knowledge of working in the Sawmilling Industry
- Knowledge of working on Panel Processing Machinery (required)
- Required to do field service
Package & Remuneration
Market-Related.
