- PROGRAMME: Professional Cookery Level 4
REQUIREMENTS
- Passed Grade 12
DURATION: 12 MONTHS
NOTE:
- Women and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
- This programme is for learners interested in CHEF as a career as well as those who like to start their own business-like B&Bs, Lodges and Guesthouses.
- Learners must be readily available as the above programme will start immediately after finalising the recruitment.
CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT: Shortlisted candidates may be required to undergo a competency assessment or interviews.
