Job Title: Siebel Consultant
Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Siebel Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the Siebel Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. The candidate must have a strong understanding of the Siebel CRM platform and its modules such as Sales, Marketing, Service, and Contact Center. The candidate must also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and providing excellent technical support to end users.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Design and develop solutions using the Siebel CRM platform to meet business requirements.
• Customize Siebel workflows, business rules, and scripts to optimize performance and improve functionality.
• Integrate Siebel with other enterprise applications using web services and middleware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance testers.
• Test and debug Siebel applications to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Document technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Siebel CRM platform updates and features.
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Siebel CRM development.
• Strong understanding of the Siebel CRM platform and its modules.
• Experience in customizing Siebel workflows, business rules, and scripts.
• Experience in integrating Siebel with other enterprise applications using web services and middleware.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
