James Fisher Subtech Group invites unemployed youth to apply for YES Leadership Programme 2023 / 2024.
The Subtech YES Leadership Programme aims to empower unemployed youth by allowing them infield training within the Inshore shipping Civil Marine / Diving sector.
Successful candidates will receive a monthly Stipend, helping them to support their financial needs during this leadership period.
We are offering the following positions (Note minimum requirements) within the YES Learnership:
Divers
Location: Durban & Cape Town
- Minimum class III Diving qualification
CAD Operator
Location: Durban
- AUTOCAD certificate
- Excel knowledge
SHE Officer
Location: Durban
- SAMTRAC or equivalent
Human Resources Officer
Location: Durban
- Diploma or Degree in;-
- Industrial Relations or
- Human Resource Management
Accounting Clerk
Location: Durban
- Studying or completing studying toward a qualification
Inspection Technician
Location: Durban
- Thickness Measurement. MPI, DEEPEN, UT
Qualification:
- All or some of the above
Diver Technician
Location: Durban
- Studying or completed
- Minimum class Ill Diving qualification
- Mechanically minded
Qualifications:
- Matric qualification
- Meet the minimum requirements above
- Currently unemployed
- Not previously in a YES program
- Able to read and write fluently in English
- Black youth between 18-35 years
