Job Title: Full Stack Java / Angular / Mobile Developer
Introduction
Company based in the West Rand (Roodepoort) has a vacancy available for a Full Stack Java/Angular/Mobile developer with at least 4 years of relevant full-stack software development work experience.
Solid Mobile / Angular / TypeScript / Java development skills are required. Experience in developing and deploying Android/iOS mobile applications is required. Experience with REST Services / JSON required. Experience in scripting/procedure development in DB2/SQL will be advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for the designing, documenting, and implementing of robust, scalable, and optimally performing systems using Mobile and Java-related technologies, according to provided specifications, standards, and procedures, while ensuring compliance with the architectural standards and guidelines laid out. An excellent understanding of Object Orientated principles and Java language fundamentals is needed.
You will be expected to be self-motivated in researching alternative technologies, tools, and techniques to solve business problems with application solutions.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualification/s in Information Technology
- At least 4 years of relevant software development work experience
- Experience with the full systems development life cycle (SDLC)
Technical Skills:
- Android | iOS | Huawei mobile application development and deployment
- Angular |TypeScript
- JavaScript Framework | XML | HTML 5 | CSS | JSP
- Java 8 | Web Services
- Testing practices
- Object Orientated Development environment (i.e. Java, JDBC)
- Tomcat
- GIT
- JAXB and XML Schema
- SoapUI/Postman
- Linux
- SQL and experience with a relational database advantageous
Package & Remuneration
R 40 000.00 – R 50 000.00 CTC per month.
