Job Title: Debtors Clerk
Introduction
The ideal candidate will be able to maximize the collection of accounts receivable and ensure correct allocations, therefore minimising bad debts and contributing to company cash flow.
Duties & Responsibilities
– Data capturing.
– Collection and recon of clients accounts.
– Debt collection.
– Adminstrative duties.
– Drafting of professional customer e-mails.
– Process and distribute customer statements monthly.
– Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
Desired Experience & Qualification
– 3/5 years experience as debtors clerk.
– Experience in Microsoft Office and Pastel.
– Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
Package & Remuneration
– Salary shall be market related and will be discussed during the interview.
