Job Title: Trade Sales Parts Specialist
Introduction
Our Client is looking for a Trade sales parts specialist, willing to travel within Gauteng to different sites.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for parts sales growth for selected dealers within a designated territory, specifically within Trade Parts.
- Carry our in-depth business review al all associated activities, providing root cause analysis.
- Produce comprehensive, but concise, business review finding/ report.
- Prioritise dealer improvements actions, taking into account size and ease of opportunity and Dealer capabilities.
- Create action plan, detailing responsibilities, timelines, and calculated sales growth.
- Present report and action plan to Dealer senior management, gaining acceptance and buy-in of their responsibilities within.
- Present action plan and responsibilities to Dealer staff, gaining buy-in at all levels.
- Provide remote support between coaching visits and timely and accurate reporting as per programming requirements.
- Provide an action plan for ongoing maintenance at the conclusion of the coaching, handover to Dealer and NSC Management.
- Always ensure effective communication and feedback with Head Office, Regional and District Management, MSX Programme Management, and MSX Support Functions.
- Attend meetings as required, providing territory results, feedback and market intelligence.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience within Dealer aftersales operations and have in-depth knowledge of the Industry.
- The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge and understanding of Trade Parts.
- Aftersales Management experience is preferred, within the following channels – Trade Parts and Trade Parts Management.
- Good knowledge of business composite data and the ability to analyze and identify issues.
- Excellent communications skills, good knowledge of DMS systems and Microsoft Office.
Package & Remuneration
R20 000 – R30 000 depending on experience.
