Job Responsibilities: The incumbent will receive institutionalized and on-the-job training.

Minimum Requirements:

• Qualifications: Grade 12 with specified minimum scores in Maths, Physical Science, and English OR N3 qualification with specified minimum scores OR NCV Level 4 with specified minimum scores.
• Must be a South African Citizen
• Experience: Should not have participated or registered on a Learning Programme before
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Leadership and being a team player

  • Knowledge of Eskom’s Policies and procedures
  • Communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and liaising skills
