Job Title: Conversation Design Analyst

And we do this through our SmartChat solution that has transformed live chat from a customer support cost to a conversion rate optimization tool for over 300 global brands, supercharging their website performance in the process.

Desired Experience & Qualifications
Skills required for the role:
- Excellent content/copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt writing style for both US and UK audiences to reflect local colloquialisms and communication styles
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality assurance
- Ability to source and interpret data to inform successful KPI management
- Logical thinking and critical analysis skills. The ability to approach problems in a logical and analytical way
- Process-oriented – able to both follow AND create new processes to improve efficiency, create feedback loops and bring scalability to their work
- Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
