Job Title: Junior Account Manager
Introduction
We are a market leader within the promotional industry and have been in operation for over 26 years. We have a national footprint, supplying many large blue-chip corporate companies with promotional items and clothing as well as online shops. The successful candidate will be energetic, and driven and prides themselves on customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
Managing Clients
- Dealing with client inquiries
- Preparing presentations in line with client/s briefs and building a dynamic relationship
- Offering various solutions
- Understanding of various branding solutions and timelines
- Ensure all artwork is approved and supply clients with pre-production samples if required
- Ensure that all amendments as per clients’ request is handled
Sourcing
- Sourcing of items in line with clients budget
- Obtain different quotations from suppliers
- Work with branders
- Perform quality checks on products when required
Administration
- Receive PO’s and invoices from suppliers
- Provide client with quotations and invoices
- Follow up on deliveries and collections
- Manage cost price, selling price and mark ups
- Supply finance with the relevant documentation for payment
- Managing the job to ensure everything is on time, as per your stipulation
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric and relevant experience
- Excellent customer services
- Strong admin and problem solving skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Multi-tasking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Promotional industry knowledge or experience would be an advantage
Package & Remuneration
Remuneration: TBD
