Job Title: Head of Industrial Engineering
Introduction
Seeking Industrial Engineer in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Specification:
- Assure all IE-relevant functions in an automotive component assembly plant, including application engineering, process planning, and improvement, plant planning, equipment planning and co-ordination, change co-ordination, machine and tool maintenance
Requirements:
- IT experience with all MS Office Software and preferably CAD & SAP. Additionally, he/she should be well-versed in automotive technical English.
- Understanding of logistics systems
- Base knowledge of ISO14001 & IATF16949
- Strong people management skills
- Business-orientated thought and action
- Self-driven
- Customer orientation (both internal & external)
- Goal orientated
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Conflict management
- Ability to work under pressure

Desired Experience & Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Degree/ND in Industrial Engineering.
Work Experience:
- Substantial (5 to 7) years of experience in the related field and within the automotive industry
