Junior Sales Representative duties

Management of office duties and administration functions

To ensure that all documentation is processed accurately.

Place orders at Rainbow Mining Support as required by our clients timeously.

Ensure all delivery notes are correct and captured and GRV’d by mine stores.

To ensure all invoices are captured and sent for payment.

Ensure accurate forecast is submitted once a month.

To ensure a weekly Activity Report is submitted.

To ensure a Monthly Report is submitted.

Participate in the R&D team and ensure weekly R&D report is submitted.

To join and participate in all SANIRE meetings.

Management of expenses.

Ensure that expenses are managed.

Ensure all expenses and entertainment are signed off by the direct line manager. Maintain good       Customer relations.

Ensure that you understand your client’s requirements and quality.

Ensure that a good relationship with clients is maintained.

Ensure that the minimum requirement of consignment stocks is placed at the mine shafts as required.

Ensure that orders are delivered in full and on time.

Attend immediately to any complaints from clients.

Communicate regularly with your clients.

Ensure that all credit applications are approved, and payments are up to date before supplying a client.

To allow a Rainbow Representative to accompany you to your clients from time to time and coach these staff to understand your business, to ensure succession planning.
